What is CSA (Community Supported Agriculture)?
Community Supported Agriculture is an arrangement where a local farmer commits to providing an invested community with weekly food boxes at a nearby pickup location. This commitment between the farmer and community allows the farmer to plan and grow the most nutritious, hand-picked vegetables in a safe and ecologically mindful way.
By purchasing a share at the beginning of the growing season, members will receive a weekly quota of the farm’s produce throughout the summer and fall. By consuming New Leaf Market Garden’s vegetables weekly, you and your family are enjoying the benefits of a nutritious diet of seasonal food.
If you are interested in fresh, nutritious and hand-picked vegetables weekly, purchasing a CSA food box at the start of the growing season is for you.
